8. Service Suspension and Data Deletion After Subscription Expiry


 


In the event that the subscription period expires and is not renewed, the website associated with the account will be suspended immediately and will no longer be accessible for viewing or use.


 


The customer may reactivate the website and restore their data within a maximum period of ninety (90) days from the date of subscription expiry, by renewing the subscription and paying the applicable fees.


 


If the subscription is not renewed within this period, the platform reserves the right to permanently delete all website data and content associated with the account without prior notice, and such data cannot be recovered after deletion.


 


The customer acknowledges full responsibility for maintaining backup copies of their data prior to the subscription expiry. The platform shall not be liable for any data loss after the retention period has elapsed.
